PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALE BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AND RETAIN A COPY FOR FUTURE PREFERENCE
Visual Artistic Garments Limited is a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 7113880 whose registered office is in South East London, Woolwich.
1.FORMATION OF CONTRACT
Where you place an order for goods we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and setting out details of your order. With your order there is no specific contract between you and us for any sales of goods until you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
2.DESCRIPTION OF PRICES & GOODS
When you place an order the description and look of item shown at the time you submit your payment is the same item you will receive through the post. If this is not the case please email sales_va-gltd.com regarding the matter. Every effort will be made to ensure each and every customer is happy with their purchase.
3.WASHING GOODS
Some of the items are heat press print. If so please ensure you turn the item inside out to be washed. This is essential in order for your item to be wearable again for future occasions. Any other item with screen print or garment made itself is fine to wash as normal at your normal temperature {40 degrees}.
4.PAYMENT
Method of payment for goods is as stated on our onliner store and no different. We aim to dispatch goods within 3/4 working days of receipt of payment by us, this means weekends are invalid.
5.CANCELLATION
If for some reason the item is not up to standard as you may have first thought. And taking into account that the garment has not been worn in any shape or form (which will be checked when sent back) we are happy to give full refund or exchange. This cancellation has to occur within 3 days from when goods are received and a full refund or exchange will be carried out within 14 days via credit or debit card.
6.REFUND
Similar to cancellation, if for any reason the goods are to be returned to us, this is possible within 3 days of receiving your goods. Any time outside of this period of time means no refund or exchange is available. Again we aim to get all refunds sorted out within a maximum of 30 days but aim for 14 days. On return of the goods you are liable to pay the cost of postage and we recommend you get a receipt of postage just in case it gets loss or misplaced you have verification to show for this.
